The Public Utilities Division provides billing services for water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, refuse and recycling collection to more than 15,000 accounts. Our office, located inside City Hall, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Utility bills are processed monthly, which include water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, refuse and recycling collection charges (based on which services you receive) and should arrive in the mail or electronically several days after the end of the month.
