The North Ridgeville Mayor's Court is held every Wednesday evening at 5:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall. Only defendants and/or attorneys will be admitted. When arriving to City Hall off of Avon Belden Road, enter through the first set of glass doors. You will then sign in with the court bailiff who will instruct you to proceed upstairs to Council Chambers. While in Council Chambers, your name will be called in the order of sign in to speak with the Prosecutor regarding your case. Upon the conclusion of speaking with the Prosecutor your case will go before the Magistrate to review the sentencing recommendation. Your name will then be called by the Magistrate for final sentencing. After sentencing you will be instructed to proceed to the Clerk's Office for payment, community service, jail, driving privileges and alcohol/drug programs.
