Open Enrollment Information

CLEARVIEW DISTRICT OPEN ENROLLMENT

The inter-district Open Enrollment Application process is completely digital! The online application for the '25-'26 school year is now availiable, starting March 1st. Any forms submitted prior to March 1st were deleted.

Complete one application for each students online only. The form can be accessed HERE.

Final Forms

Attention Parents! Each year your student's Final Form information needs to be updated. Please take the time to update all important enrollment forms (such as Emergency Medical Forms, new student Registration, Physical Forms, etc.) through Final Forms. Durling Community Food Bank

Durling Middle School is proud to announce that we will be partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank to host a Mobile Food Pantry for the Clearview Community. Families in need will be able to pick up fresh fruits and vegetables as well as shelf-stable pantry items. The Mobile Food Pantry will begin at 3:30 pm at Durling Middle School, and food will be available for pickup until approximately 4:45 pm. The pantry will be on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
