1. A Pre-conference should be submitted to the administrator. Teachers will pick from the 3 options:

Email sent at least one week before sending video

Face-to-face conference with evaluator before sending video

Introduction embedded at the beginning of the video
2. Record video as many times as needed to hand into administrator. Before filming the teacher needs to record 30 sec intro containing your name, what you are teaching and your learning goals
3. Teachers will then watch their video, filling in the Teacher Work Tool: Form A- Self- Reflection template to help guide their decision of growth for the year. (optional: if wanted to put into portfolio) Form A- Self Reflection Template
4. Teacher will then collaborate with a peer if needed to discuss any other strengths and weaknesses and view the video.
5. Teachers will then submit video to the administrators by the last week of October on a flash drive.
6. Teachers will then fill in Form B-Initial Observation and Goal-Setting Instrument
- Teacher identifies which acceptable student growth measures they will use to demonstrate student growth at the end of the cycle
7. Teachers will submit Form B one week prior to sitting down with administrators.
